Terms of Service
Valid for consumer purchases throughout the EU.
1. Information we need
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:
• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Details of what you have purchased
We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the item to you and being able to handle enquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place in accordance with the rules in our privacy policy for LYKKELAND ateliér ApS. Here you can read more about how your information is processed, when it is deleted, and what rights you have as a data subject.
2. Complaint options
If a dispute arises regarding an item purchased in our webshop, we always encourage you to first contact us at hello@lykkelandatelier.com, so that together we can try to find a solution. Please remember to give us a reasonable deadline - normally 14 days - to respond to your enquiry.
If you are a consumer residing in Denmark
If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to:

The complaint is submitted digitally via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus: kpo.naevneneshus.dk. You can read more at www.naevneneshus.dk. Please note that certain conditions apply for a complaint to be processed, including requirements for the item's minimum price and payment of a complaint fee.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country
If you live in another EU country, you can get help with a cross-border complaint from the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in your home country. In Denmark, this task is handled by Forbruger Europa (www.forbrugereuropa.dk). You can also bring the matter before an approved alternative dispute resolution body (ADR) in your own country.
Please note: The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR) was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and can therefore no longer be used.
